We all agree that we must exercise more often. Going to the gym for a couple of months before we hit the beach is not acceptable. We have to exercise all year long or at least try to exercise a little bit every day. This is the article that is going to help you, 5 simple things to do every day to exercise a little bit.
 
 
1: Go for a walk
Go outside, take a quick walk, just 30 minutes will do wonders for you. Go to a park and take a walk, or if you get bored easily you are lucky, we now live in concrete jungles, choose a long road with lots of traffic and lights and shops and you will never be bored when there are stuff to see. You will feel better when all the others are stuck in their cars going nowhere. 

2: Pick a sport
What is your favourite sport? Is it basketball, football, volleyball, badminton? Make some calls; gather some friends and family and play. You will get your needed exercise but it will feel.....well.....it will feel like you’re playing and its true. Do something that you enjoy and exercise at the same time. Pick up your phone, who knows maybe you will make some new friends.

3: Sweat with company
Human beings are weird and strange animals. We hate being alone when we are doing something that we are not enjoying. Thing about it, we hated it at school when we had exams and others didn’t, I used to say that if I have to study, all must study. So get a friend to accompany you when you exercise, see him suffer as you suffer.

4: Exercise at work
Go for a walk when you have your break, or take the stairs instead of the elevator and try to sit up and tighten your abs while you sit in front of a computer.

5: Sweet dreams (...are made of these)
Sleeps rejuvenates our body, it makes us feel rested. The major selling point of sleeping though is this, sleeping BURNS calories. An average person will burn up to 500 calories during a nice 8 hour sleep, that’s the equivalent of 3 hours of jogging. So hit the sack and sweet dreams.
