In the past few years many reports have been made about the benefits of various foods but also about their derivatives. Reports that focus on their positive effect in the metabolism of the human body but also for the fighting of fat. This report comes from distant Japan and concerns vinegar as the ultimate fat burner.
Japanese scientists throw careful scientific study noticed that pure vinegar (the one we use in our salad etc), combats fat and helps with weight loss.
The study states that vinegar was used as medicine thousands of years a go by our ancestors. Especially acetic acid which is the main acid in vinegar plays an important role in lowering blood pressure, sugar and prevents fat saturation.
On experiments done on mice it was shown that the ones that were fed high fat contained foods and then were given acetic acid showed loss in fat up to 10% more than mice that were not given acetic acid.

Scientists believe that this is due to the acetic acid that reacts on certain genes which in turn produce proteins that dissolve fat and does not allow it to saturate.
