If you don’t like hangovers then simply don't drink when you go out! I know...I know it is not that easy as usually drinking is part of going out. Even if you decide that are not going to drink, everybody else around you is drinking and you end up sober in a corner watching everyone else having fun. There are certain things you can do which would allow you to drink and also avoid any next day heavy headaches. Just read through and find out.

Food: Eating carbonated food such as pasta or bread before you go out can slow down the absorption of alcohol.

Mixing: Do not mix drinks and stick with the same drink you started with.
Water: Alcohol causes dehydration; therefore make sure that in between your drinks you also drink enough water.

Bites: If possible try to have small bites of hearty food in between your drinks.

More Water: When you return home have some more water before you go to bed.
