Τake the kids to the Fasouri Water Park: we all know the kids are just an excuse to visit the water park; it is fun and has something for all ages. This Polynesian style park is a 20 minute bus ride west of Limassol. It has 30 different slides, a racer with six lanes, 2 aqua tube slides, a wave pool, a black hole and a big orange bubble. The park is open from 10:00 to 18:00, Monday to Sunday, from May 1st to October 31st. There is a bus going there (always ask the driver for the bus time schedule) which you can get from the seafront road. Telephone: 00357 25714235. Santa Marina Retreat: the retreat is located near the village of Pareklisia, in Limassol and is a beautiful sports club where you can spend the day with the kids. Among other things, here you can try archery, horse riding, climbing and mountain biking. In the retreat’s museum you will learn about the history and use of horses in Cyprus. The retreat has an Olympic size swimming pool, a small zoo and a café.
