Shipping methods
The cheapest way to send your belongings to your wanted destination is of course by sea. Water resistant containers made out of steel are used for this method of shipment. The charging usually is done by volume not by weight which makes things very economical.
Also there are two ways your possessions can be shipped. The shipment may go in one full container load or grouped up with other people’s belongings. The second way could take a bit longer since you usually have to wait for a whole container to fill up in order for it to leave the port. But the truth is that it’s a lot cheaper than using a whole container to yourself which you might not even get to fill up.
If you would prefer to get your things there very quickly, then “ship” by air is a faster option but of course much more expensive.
