This will give your company a more human face and a friendlier corporate identity. Also, show them that you care about their opinion by acting upon some of their suggestions.


In order to show your customers that you value their suggestions introduce a new column in your newsletter, and use it to communicate to your customers the things you did in order to implement their previous suggestions. Also, explain to your customers why it was not feasible to implement some of their suggestions.
