But which one is ideal for you?... Which one can be implemented in your life without ending up being boring and a burden?.... The search is over; these are 5 simple things that an individual can do to improve his/hers health.

2: Why poison your body?
This is something I don’t understand, it is just that simple, don’t smoke, don’t do drugs and don’t drink a lot of alcohol.

3: Breakfast is the king
People that eat a balanced breakfast every morning are less obese. Statistics always show the truth, just try it.
4: Our glorious sun
Living in Cyprus has its pros and cons. Although the sun is essential to all living organisms, a prolonged exposure of the human skin to the sun rays will cause skin cancer. Enjoy your sunbathing at the beach by using a high SPF sun-lotion and by avoiding the noon hours of the day.

5: Relax and unwind
In the age that we are leaving in it is important to pause, take a deep breath and de-stress, so do something that relaxes you. Sing your lungs out, laugh at yourself, you have to relax, you have to TAKE IT EAZY.
